[feature request] add autofire option #46

i'd like to suggest adding a customizable autofire function to the buttons.

Turbo buttons? Sounds doable, but a lot of work. Would that be a toggle for each button, or some sort of global button that makes buttons go turbo?

it could even be a static setting in the "Remap" tab, to be configured per-game.
