Elden Ring Implementation

Any idea how this could work on ER? The game fetches xinput1_4.dll (seen using processexplorer). I also loads durazno's xinput1_4.dll, yet no settings in the configuration are ever applied, so some other step must be required.

Thanks for the work (this has so many other games tolerable).
