Add checkout page when user clicked on the cart

I noticed when the user clicked the add-to-cart button, it automatically adds the product to the cart icon.

I would like to implement a checkout page that whenever the user clicked on the cart icon displays the checkout page with the product selected.

And on the checkout page, there should be a button to make a payment for the goods.
