Put some checks into the installer so it won't install on PPC #1

I just installed the toolchain on my PPC laptop to find out that it won't work 
since it was compiled for x86.  It would have been nice if I didn't waste my 
time with this if there was some architecture test before installing.

Sorry about that. Now the download link has an indication that the package is 
64-bit, intel only. Please see "Hacking / Building your own package" at the 
project's home page if you wish to contribute a package for your own platform. 
My day job prevents me from doing it myself, sorry.
