Describe the bug
When the default permissions for a shape are set to not include Edit access, the GM is shown that a shape has no trackers, the name is '?', and annotation is blank. There is no way to set permissions specifically for the GM player. They don't appear in the drop down menu for permission selection. To work around this, you have to add each non-GM player to the permissions list and set their permissions separately.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a Shape, add trackers, name, etc
Change default permissions to not include edit access
Refresh the page
GM can no longer see the shape information

Previously, GM always had all permissions given to them regardless of the default permissions of the shape.
