Describe the bug
If the GM is on the token layer, shapes on the DM layer are semitransparent to make a clear distinction. But if the GM resizes the window, the DM layer become fully opaque until you switch layers.
This also applies to being on the map layer when resizing. This makes objects on the Token and DM layer become opaque when they were previously semitransparent.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a shape on the DM layer.
Switch to token layer, DM layer becomes semitransparent.
Resize the window.
DM layer is fully opaque again.
Expected behavior
Semitransparent layers should not be made opaque when the window resizes.
