Not obvious to see, but sometimes the cursor does not change over the dot array target and so it cannot be used to drag the location to a different position. The cursor is changed from a pointing finger to a hand when it hovers over the dot array target.
It appears it is more common with multiple line location descriptions, though hard to say it more than 2 lines makes it worse. It seems, when hovering over the name and then moving over the dot array, the cursor doesn't always change.
Happens in both Firefox and Chrome based browsers.
