Describe the bug
While modifying a rotated shape drawn with the polygon tool or brush tool, the overlay with the snip and add point/remove point option does not follow the lines of the polygon. It still appears but not at the correct location. It seems to follow the shape as though no rotation had been applied to it.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a non-regular shape with the polygon or brush tool.
Change to the Select tool.
Rotate the shape any amount.
Hover over a line of the shape while the shape is selected.
The snip/add point overlay does not appear.
Expected behavior
The overlay should follow the lines while rotated as it correctly does while not rotated.
