style(DiceTool): Don't stretch other dice UI elements when history is wide #1367

Since the changes to the dice tool history UI, all other dice UI was being stretched quite heavily.

It still looks somewhat odd, but this PR addresses it somewhat.

A cleaner dice tool UI is in the works anyway.
