[BUG] Floor display does not update until refresh #1411

Describe the bug Using the vision toggles for floors does not update the eye icon for the GM, nor does it give/take vision of the floor for players until a page refresh. Not sure when this started happening, it used to work not too long ago.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a second floor.
  2. Click on the visibility toggle for the floor.
  3. The eye icon does not update. Players do not see a in visible floors.

Expected behavior The floor visibility should update immediately.
