New markdown tutorial, chat page and added reference links. #166

Added a new tutorial under learn/dm/Markdown_Tutorial/markdown and links to Notes and a new Chat page under docs/game/chat. Also edited the notes page docs/games/notes adding a line to point to the Markdown tutorial.

Verified it all works my end, so hopefully a painless commit.

Can you change the target to the next branch as these features are not yet released.

Hmmm not sure how to do that to be honest? Do I have to make a new pull request ?

If you click on edit at the top of this PR, you should be able to change the base. image

that said apparently I can do it on other people's PRs as well, so I did it for you :D
