HDMI-CEC support #7

As commercial GPUs usually lack HDMI-CEC support it would be great to add an HDMI-CEC-to-serial adapter to the PCIE-to-MXM-Adapter.

I could add a CEC header, similar to Intel NUCs, as that will allow users can wire the CEC port to a microcontroller that can use CEC for external functions. I have not seen any graphics cards that implement CEC, even though the MXM port does have a CEC input pin.
