[x ] I am running Windows 10, from build 10240 to the current build listed working in the README.md See here
[x ] I am running the program as administrator

If you are using the command line, please give us the full traceback (any output that include errors you have), or an image of the traceback.

If you are using the GUI version, please make sure you can check this:

[x] I have the setting "Show Windows background picture on the sign-in screen" set to on (it is in Personalization->Lock Screen)

Also, please send a screen shot of any error dialog that may show up for the GUI version.

Finally, please provide any other information that you feel is relevant.

What were you doing when it had this error?

Also program is long out of support. lf it ever comes back into support it will be when one of our mates decides to release her pri editing tools if ever, which is unlikely.

i was selecting a photo to put as background and that message showed up

I get the same thing. Seems M$ broke something?

This program no longer works as windows has this support native now

But the native windows one doesn't work/not reliable which is why we are still looking for ways to change it

Make sure you are on the latest build and wait for MS to fix it. I'm afraid this tool will not work on newer versions of Windows.
