Cities dropdown is not populated with AB cities by default.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At initial setup note that AB is default.  Do not change.
2. Try to select Calgary in city drop down.
3. City dropdown is empty.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either the city dropdown should be populated with AB cities or the province
dropdown should be blank by default.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.1, Android 1.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
Change the province to something else then back to AB to populate the city
dropdown.
