Text summary only shows abbreviated forecast info #28

The long text descriptions should display full weather info, however they 
currently only show an abbreviated version.

This was caused by a change in the EC xml files and will be fixed in the next 
version (0.9.5.5).  Thanks to those who reported this bug.
