Forecast description getting cut off, half of the line getting cut off #35

In the main application, sometimes the forecast description is cut-off 
mid-sentence and/or has a line cut in half vertically.

This has been reported but I have not been able to reproduce it.  Please let me 
know if you are experiencing this, post a screenshot, and/or let me know if you 
have insight into what sort of forecasts are causing it to appear, to help me 
reproduce it and track down the bug.

Have not seen this for a long time.  I believe it is fixed in newer versions 
with the new layouts.  If it re-appears, please let me know.
