Feature Request: Accept Weather Underground/Alternative feeds #8

This is something that is a longer term goal, like maybe christmas or next
summer.

I am going to look at the xml feeds from other weather places and if there
is one that would map nicely to the app that would allow for weather feeds
from outside Canada, I will write an new xml parser for it.

This means I should also make a framework for others to work there own
parsers into.  The current setup is standard SAX and fairly
self-explanatory but I might be able to make a template or something.

Weather Underground wants to charge me $1200 plus a huge per-monthly fee to 
access their data.  Weather.com is not much better.

I am currently thinking that users will have to enter their own URLs to access 
other data feeds other than Environment Canada, EmWeather will simply display 
them but will not include any of them.  This will be annoying for users but 
should deal with any legal issues.

If you wish I could simply include weather feeds from other sources in 
EmWeather, please write to your favourite weather source and complain.

I am open to other suggestions as well.
