build & deploy docker images

if the build passed the tests and the branch is deployment then create and deploy a docker image on https://hub.docker.com/

configuration should be done for :

• https://github.com/Krymnos/IDP-backend
• https://github.com/Krymnos/IDP-frontend
• https://github.com/Krymnos/IDP ( pipeline )

finished docker deployment for https://github.com/Krymnos/IDP ( pipeline )

• image is pushed to https://hub.docker.com/r/cloudproto/pipeline_component/ if the branch is deployment

pushed sensor image (manually) to: https://hub.docker.com/r/cloudproto/sensor

[GerritJa]

deployed docker images for backend and frontend by travis to https://hub.docker.com/u/cloudproto/
