[Feature Request]: Revisit FadeValues class for further improvement #481

In relation to ticket form Standard: https://github.com/Krypton-Suite/Standard-Toolkit/issues/1584

The FadeValues class was taken out of Standard V90 and moved to Extended for further development in V100 In Extended the class has been placed in: Extended-Toolkit\Source\Krypton Toolkit\Krypton.Toolkit.Suite.Extended.Forms\Values

Also take into account: https://github.com/Krypton-Suite/Standard-Toolkit/issues/1254
