[Bug]: KMonthCalendar cannot be "Designed" #203

Using todays alpha(s)

Expected: Designer to open

Actual: image

Using VS 17.11.p4 and VS 17.10.4

It appears that in the history, a "Random" Local palette was added but not initialised !
