[Bug]: Breadcrumbs border inconsistent on mouse-over with certain themes #501

KToolkit: Canary 6.2111.330-beta (probably in earlier versions as well) Themes affected: Office 2007 & 2010

To reproduce: Use the sample program in which the StateTracking.BreadCrumb.Border properties are configured.

Select one of the 2007/2010 themes.

When:

The recording: Pay attention to when the mouse moves vertically or horizontally over the crumbs. Also there's a difference in when the mouse moves from right to left or left to right.

The right border of each crumb is not shown.

@Smurf-IV Would a similar fix for #499 apply here?

It states "Certain themes" So no. #499 should not be the fix for this..
