[Feature Request]: Acrylic themes #17

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wonder if it's possible to make an acrylic theme style?

Everything that is then placed onto the panel would then have to be transparent, otherwise their colurs will stand-out like a sore thumb. e.g. Ribbons would be a problem, and so would navigators....

I guess that they still haven't fixed the GDI issues from the Vista days

The other option could be to add an opacity option, though I don't know how this would work
