[Feature Request]: A new way to 'inject' `PaletteBase`s into `KryptonPalette/Manager` #34

Based on Krypton-Suite/Theme-Palettes#33, there needs to be a way to support new themes that are not XML based. Plus there needs to be a way to alter the string array for this reason.
