[Feature Request]: A recursive palette update feature #72

Building on the features introduced in v80, could recursive palette upgrading be supported? i.e. upgrading multiple xml files at once?

Each palette as it is given to the KT would be upgraded. Multiple style thing would be part of the designer job, so I suggest moving this to that repo
