better gem cut effects

i made the mod work without TravellingGear

but i also did a lot of neat and balanced improvements of gem cut effects, primordial weapons and glove effects, and the way the raven cloak behaves and i improved the double jump ring way better (before you could hold jump pressed and double jump but now you actually have to press again in mid air)

anyway these are the gem cuts effects I changed

POINT Air = unchanged Fire = BEFORE: add temporary light AFTER: add damage boost or Shift+right click set target block on fire Water = no longer turns flowing lava into cobble but still turns lava into obsidian and water into ice (while sure you could use it for a Cobblestone generator the truth is nobody is gonna use gems for a cobble generator when you have a Thaumic Extruder in the same mod plus gems are expensive so I removed the effect the mechanic seems broken and could be abused) Earth = BEFORE: damage boost AFTER: temporary resistance and knockback resistance (makes you temporarily unmovable) Order (Ordo) = heals same as before Entropy (Peditio) = BEFORE: give warp AFTER: give warp and temporary night vision

OVAL Fire = BEFORE: set target block on fire AFTER: add a temporary light at target block and a random number of other lights in the area depending on potency

all other oval ones are same

btw the Fire Point cut Shift+right click is also included in the Primordial Glove. Is a damn handy change

In fact all the point cut changes Fire = damage boost (great to boost your damage when necessary) OR Shift+right click set target on fire Earth = knockback resistance and resistance (good against knockback from skeletons) Entropy = night vision (great in a pinch at night)

all of these on the Primordial Glove are incredibly useful turns the glove into a damn killer weapon as it should be

also my Primordial Glove is now a tool rather than a weapon
