Some coprorate users have configure some sort of firewall policy to block zipped exe files - to prevent accidentyly double click them - even if extension is not associated with windows explorer.
Current JustyBase uses Velopack diff or nupkg packeges.
nupkg is really zip file a and cantains exe files -> this triggering tirewall to block dowloading even if exe is signed/trused
This theoretically should be resolved by user itself but i reality some users ignore update errors and stick with old version forever...
