By removing the Core miner, you made the Biological science pack 4 impossible to make as one of its ingredients is "Core Fragment (Vitamelange)", which needs core mining drills to retrieve. If you want to fully remove Core mining drills, you also need to make an adjustment to that one recipe as well.

In doing so, this blocks Deep Space science packs 1-4 as well, hard required to obtain any victory at all.
