[x] make rr selectable
[x] implement reset with rightclick
[x] impl hoverable trait @karyon necessary, because different handler
- [x] implement hover and click for ground tile
- [x] make hovering an event, that can be handled in handle_event of state
- [x] dispatch in level::handle_event
- [x] same with clicked
- [x] add required mats to entity (HoverMat to Base...)are required(ground needs no hover mat)
[x] add the pathfinding stuff
[x] fix last todos

@karyon when a rr is selected and you hit another rr, the newly clicked rr is selected instead of a movement command for the old rr. is this a behavior we want?

I definitely did not work on Christmas xD. as you can see, the commits are made at the 25th not the 24th ;)
