Design and create policy designer widget as a clickable mockup that showcases creating a rate limiting policy and an auth policy.

• Could be 1 or 2 policy designers (auth policy / rate limiting policy)
• Ignore context of where the designer widget should live
• Consider things like a default policy, policy templates?

Decision made to (during the review meeting):

• Postpone the use case of Designing templates or wizard view for users(persona detail not defined) to quickly configure common configurations. Wait for the detail of the context(the dependencies., where to put it, who are the personas, what are the use cases for each persona, etc)
• Focus on Simplify the advanced policy designer with the takeaways from the wizard view.
