Install command does:
Creates
kuadrant-system
namespace (currently namespace name is hardcoded)
Deploy ingress controller (currently istio 1.9.4)
Deploy auth provider (currently Authorino)
Deploy kuadrant manifests and controller
Waits for deployment availabilty
Install command does:
