Tutorial on using kuadrantctl to generate Kuadrant resources

Issues to be done after: Reference material for generation is captured in https://github.com/Kuadrant/kuadrantctl/issues/52 - this particular issue is about creating a tutorial that shows their usage to achieve outcomes

What We need a step-by-step tutorial demonstrating how kuadrantctl can used to generate Kuadrant Kube resources from OAS documents, with the x-kuadrant OAS extension.

Should cover:

• HTTPRoute generation from paths with the extension
• AuthPolicy generation via the extension and OAS securityScheme
• RateLimitPolicy generation with the extension
