Summary
DNS health check metrics stay after the gateway deletion. New gateway metrics require pod restart.
Issue
DNS health check metrics stay after the gateway deletion. But if you create a new gateway with the same controller, new DNS health check metrics are not shown, instead, there are old ones. For the new metrics to show up, you should restart a controller pod. After the restart, new metrics will show up, but not the actual failures and attempts, but failures and attempts from the moment of pod restart (starts counting from zero).
Expected Behavior
Metrics on the controller should be automatically cleaned-up after the gateway deletion.
