If the DNS Health checks malfunction (as seen in #703), the issue might not be caught as they're only tested in integration tests

Write e2e test cases to verify the DNS health checks are functioning correctly

I think this is pretty high priority as e2e is a very good way to test this type of functionality. I will bump this to the top of the backlog
