What

With a valid DNSPolicy in place, if you delete a dns record resource belonging to the dnspolicy, it does not recreate the dnsrecord.

Reproduce

Setup a gateway, httproute and dnspolicy. Wait for a dnsrecord to be added by the controller delete the dnsrecord no new dnsrecord is created
