Placeholder doc for landing docs issues from #740. I figure we land this now, and PR changes into this doc.

I've reached out to @alexsnaps about the failing workflow 'Add issues to project' If it's something that can be fixed easily, let's fix it and then rerun the flow. Otherwise let's manually do what it wants and manually merge this change after.

It looks like the workflow adds the issue/pr to the kuadrant project (https://github.com/orgs/Kuadrant/projects/18) I've done that now, so will merge.
