Create an image with a scenario for dependency deployment using free-deployer #13

Once #12 is finished, create an image based on the open-sourced free-deployer repository and design a scenario to deploy kuadrant operator along all the test suite requirements.

Requirements

Free-deployer scenario that deploys all needed dependencies
Scenario packaged in an image
Decide how the image gets needed secrets at runtime
Image published on quay.io (do we have a Kuadrant org for this?)
Image automatically updated on push to the free-deployer main branch

Approximate dependencies from previous issue:

Project sail operator + deployment
Tools (Keycloak + Mockserver)
Creates required namespaces
Deploys Kuadrant from a specific catalog source
Deploys all required secrets (AWS, GCP, lets-encrypt)
Creates all required objects (ManagedZone, ClusterIssuer)
