[airflow] Upload test results to reportportal

• [x] obtain suitable token for report-portal api access
• [x] think where the url of reportportal instance will be stored (potentially sensitive information)
• [x] modify pipeline code
• [x] resolve certificate issues - python requests seems not using standard truststore
