Right now there are 2 pipelines running sequentially as our nightlies (kuadrant and standalone authorino tests). They are producing 2 launches in the report portal accordingly.
We want to create only one lunch with a bunch of executed targets in the report portal. This will require creating tasks for our individual testing targets (kuadrant, authorino-standalone, dnstls, performance etc.), so they can be executed together in one pipeline (dependent on #21)
