Add kubeconfig path parameter to run-tests task to support multiple kubeconfigs for multicluster tests

@averevki I am not too familiar with Tekton but it looks good to me. Also it seems that it is already applied in nightly pipeline (at least for the most part) so it is apparently working. LGTM. Just please rebase. Thanks!
