Correcting XML Errors and Updating cfggameplay.json to v122 #4

  1. Correction in types.xml: The min value was incorrectly set higher than the nominal value.

  2. Syntax Correction in Banov.xml: The XML comments were improperly formatted with //Don't edit!. This has been corrected to the standard XML comment format <!-- Don't edit! -->.

  3. Update to cfggameplay.json: The version number has been updated from "version": 120 to "version": 122.
