Cannot reach the sandbox environment #473

https://sandbox.kucoin.com/ automatically redirects to https://docs.kucoin.com/. Also, pinging the sandbox website results in unknown host.

Apparently KuCoin delisted sandbox mode, though it is not removed from the API documentation.
