Exbitron issues #84

Using exbitron as the only exchange:

activate autoexchange
API Keys in serverconfig.php and keys.php

Issues:

prices for coins are not shown, tested with LTC, DOGE, BUTK and BTRM, main.sh debug shows that prices are updated (the entire balance of exbitron)
in the coinds admin panel where yobit & polonies are shown permanently, exbitron only shows up on BTRM for some minutes, enabling does not work, putting in a balance address does not get saved

added Exbitron to db_balances
activated exbitron in rawcoins.php (disabled, false)

BTRM is stable now since there was found a block, price is updated regularly. Butkoin has no BTC market but I cant tell yiimp to choose another one, nor does the edit field appear in the butkoin field

yobit is the only one showing up all the time
