Added dynamo parameter allow_padding #4

Added utilite to remove absent particles from the post-cropping table in case those particles were discarded due to reaching tomogram border if padding was not enabled.

Closed PR since pushed these changes to the branch "develop" - a new branch created for development purposes and handling unstable version of the software.

I guess, no, now you don't need to review PRs. Let's do it in a more simple and transparent way: I will just push my work to "develop" and we may together make a review of all commits before merging "develop" with "main" right before announcement of the first stable version and releasing it.
