Bolts TTA Not Working on v11.315 #14

I am attempting to set up the Bolts TTA tooltip configuration for the LANCER system using Foundry VTT 11.315 for Windows. I have installed the latest version of the Token Tooltip Alt plugin, copied the Bolts TTA configuration file from the latest version of the repository, and modified the Actor Data and Max Rows attributes as described in the README, but the tooltips do not show up on hover or on pressing ALT. Is there a known issue I could be running up against?
