[x] Add boolean flag for the generation process (webGeneration -> standard should be false because fulibWorkflows is a Java library for local development)

- [ ] change pageNote/dataNote link for the button click to a local file as generated in the tmp folder ~~- [ ] Generation in tmp folder is fine, but different runs should be stored in different folders (uuid?Timestamp?)~~

Thinking about it the two open points are really not that good of an idea. If you generate locally, then a board would have same functionality as the web editor, so why not just use the web editor? Changing generation folder everytime a generation starts will just polute the tmp folder
