As a user who want to send money, I want to be notified whether a user has multiple accounts or not so that I can send to the right acount #64

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. User is notified that the user has multiple accounts
  2. User is given the option to verify the account by scanning their QR code
  3. They can also do it by confirming their last four digits of account address
