As a member, I want to learn about the Voting, so that I can later vote on governance proposals. #85

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Info text about Voting (provided by issue https://github.com/Kukuza/kukuza-interface/issues/93)
  2. Info (i) link to website to learn more (link to be provided by issue https://github.com/Kukuza/kukuza-interface/issues/92)
  3. Hamburger menu gets me out.
  4. I can click next to move forward.
  5. I can swip to move forward.
  6. I can swipe to move to the previous screen.
