1.2.12 Set up Recovery Phrase/Write Recovery phrase/Active #322

1. User Story

As a user I want to see my recovery phrase so that I can write it down.

2. Acceptance Criteria

Once toggle button is active, user can move to the next page.
This page needs to move forward to a TEMPORARY page with just a Submit button, similar to this: https://github.com/Kukuza/mobile-wallet/issues/575
