evident processor boundaries with shifted grid #2

With the inputfile inputParsek2D_MLMD_NewFormat, using the code version uploaded on July 25 (but the bug is pre-existent) and with the refined grid shifted to the upper right corner, the boundaries of the refined grid processor are very evident in the coarse grid --> review projection

It was a problem in initWeightProj with the projection of MP/PM/PP areas. Fixed in the EMfields.h file submitted on August 8
