dramatic scaling problem #7

Laila's test run on 128x32x2 and 64x32x2 core takes roughly the same time

The code does not scale at all with that number of cores

Indeed the scaling improves a lot without Poisson corrector: weak scaling tests, 201 cycles, field output at 100th cycle, restart at cycle 200: (local folder: res/PRACEapplication_scaling/weakScaling)
